Item is in VERY GOOD Condition. This is a vintage paperback with some minor shelf wear. The pages inside are in very good shape with no highlighting, marks, or writing; no dog-earing. There is one bent page on the cover which goes through to about page 15, but it stops there and does not continue through the book.The blue paper cover is in good shape with no scratches or tears; minimal to no fraying along the edges, but there is a tiny bit more wear on the bottom edges and foot of the spine from shelf rubbing. There’s a bent corner on the top left back cover.There is some fading and yellowing on the front and back covers, also some yellowing on the outer edges of the pages inside, but this does not go to the text. There is a pen mark on the back cover. There is no crease along the spine; the spine binding is staples, with no loose pages, and in good shape (please see pictures as they are part of the description). Overall in very good condition.This is a paperback facsimile of a book, published in 1909, which contains the ancestry and heraldry of the Beatty/Asfordby families, traces their genealogy back in time, and lists the genealology of their descendants as well. This paperback edition, which contains copies of the pages of the 1909 book, was probably compiled about 1970 or so.
