Please refer to my pictures for condition and measurements. This was an estate find. When I obtain this book inside was a stack of written and typed recipes. These recipes are discolored with marks/tears. The book itself is concaved/curved due to all the recipes stuffed on the top part of the book. Inside the book you will see discoloration/yellowing/marks seen. I do see somebody’s name and phone number written on the first page. This does have a little bit of a storage smell. As is.
