Here is a group of 9 vintage softcover Metropolitan Life Insurance Company health and food related booklets. All but one are illustrated. The health booklets may date from the 1930s – only one has a copyright date. The cookbook dates from the 1960s. Printed in the U.S.A. I have placed a ruler in some pictures for size reference. I paged through each book and each is complete. No writing, except for an erased name inside one cover. Most show minor to light wear overall. The First Aid book shows the most wear. The Colds book has more spine and tip wear. No musty or smoke odor.
