There doesn’t appear to be any damage or highlighting, but there are pen marks in the margins on a few pages and the name of the previous owner is written on the flyleaf. As the name indicates, the book was previously owned by Charles “Chip” Pashayan, a Republican Congressman from Fresno California active between 1979 to 1991.
