About me: I’ve been collecting for over 50 years and have derived considerable pleasure from my collections. Some 35-40 years ago I even tried my hand at selling books at local conventions and (briefly) operated a storefront. When that proved unsuccessful I pursued a more mundane career, packed away all remaining stock and stored it in a spare room away from dust and humidity. I continued to expand my own collection over the years, but have reached a point in my life where it’s time to start divesting myself of some of these treasures. I hope to find new homes for my “precious”es so that they may continue to be appreciated. When I present an item as “brand new” it will be from my old stock. The most I will claim for items from my personal collection is “like new.” I will try to describe each item accurately. If you have questions, feel free to ask. I will do my best to answer, provide additional photos, etc.

Hercules: My Shipmate by Robert Graves OOP 1966 Pyramid Paperback Edition

Graves’s Jason is belligerent, energetic, and full of life, and the society Graves builds for him is outlandish and deeply invested in ancient cults. Robert Graves builds a compelling world that sets Hellenistic magic and mystery in a surprisingly gritty, realistic setting, a fascinating read for fans of Greek mythology.
